(2) If the community has not decided any procedure according to sub-rule (1), the conciliator shall resolve the dispute according to the procedure agreed upon by the parties.
(3) When following the procedure related to dispute resolution in accordance with this paragraph, if the parties agree, the procedures as per sub-rules (3), (4), (5), (6), (7) and (8) of Rule 31 may be applied with necessary modifications. is.
(4) The provisions of Rules 32, 33, 34 and 35 regarding reconciliation between the parties, making a document, submitting a report to the community, giving a certificate if reconciliation is not possible, and keeping the document safe will also be applicable to reconciliation conducted by the community with necessary changes.
